The team

To make Gulliver’s Gate a reality, we’ve assembled a team with the range of skills and depth of experience necessary to bring the project to life.

  • Eiran Gazit

    President & CEO

    Eiran has over 30 years of management experience as a business consultant, heading his own firm. During this time he managed a variety of projects all over the world, either as CEO or as lead consultant, specializing in tourist destinations, hospitality venues and educational organizations. He was the founder and first CEO of Mini Israel, a 14-acre miniature display outside of Jerusalem, and is one of the founding partners of Gulliver’s Gate. He is also a co-owner of the elegant Gateways Inn in Lenox, MA, where he is very active in local and community non-profit organizations.

  • Michael Langer

    Co-Founder & VP of Development

    Michael comes to Gulliver’s Gate with a diverse set of skills as a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience investing and managing New York City real estate, as well as cell phone tower assets, and as a partner/owner of two real estate investment consulting firms. His expertise includes managing operations and leading innovative ideas to execution. Michael cultivated several manufacturing and retail businesses—retooling, redesigning, enhancing and developing them beyond expectations. His extensive knowledge of the world of technology has led him to start two companies providing consultation to hedge funds and private equity funds on their technology investments. Michael’s personal interests include adventure sports, hiking and climbing. He is an aerobatic pilot and volunteers with at-risk teens and children with life-threatening illnesses and is on the board of several charitable organizations.

  • Juan Brea

    COO/CFO

    Juan brings his extensive experience and proven success in planning, execution and management to Gulliver’s Gate. His specific areas of expertise include financial administration, P&L management, budget planning, product development, strategic management, and team building. Working at American Express for 12 years, starting in the mail room, he was gradually promoted to become Global Director for Human Resources Development for over 100,000 employees, overseeing a budget of $47 million. During this time, he was awarded the President’s Club Award, which recognizes the organization’s top 1% of performers. Most recently he was COO at Healthcorps, Inc where he was effectively able to reduce operating expenses after reconstructing and strengthening the non-profit company owned by Dr. Oz.

  • Tim Gilman-Sevcik

    Artistic Director

    As a Creative Director in advertising agencies including McCann Erickson, Wunderman Cato Johnson, Red Ball Tiger and Bodden Partners, Tim has a broad range of experience in developing concepts, campaigns and technology to drive innovative ventures. He has been involved in the arts, as a founding staffer for Studio 360, an artist and curator with an international exhibition record, and a writer and critic for publications ranging from the Guardian International and the Village Voice to Art in America. He recently completed his PhD studies in Media and Communications at the European Graduate School, and is helping to teach the next generation of media innovators.

  • Matthew Coté

    CTO

    Matt is a mechanical design engineer who has spent the last 15 years teaching engineering and technology to high school students. Prior to that he worked at Lockheed Martin for over five years. He brings knowledge and hands on experience in Rapid Prototyping (3D Printing and CNC Machining), Arduino Programming, Lego Robotics (NXT G and EV3 Programming), RobotC Programming, Computer-Aided Design (Creo Parametric 2.0, Google Sketchup Pro), Drafting and Architecture – all of which are skills he will utilize in creating Gulliver’s Gate.
